Virtual Career Month - November 1-30

During the Fall 2021 semester, we are holding our third Virtual Career Month! The theme is ’Thriving Through Change’ surrounding adapting and navigating the job market in a virtual and hybrid environment.
All participants will have the opportunity to win weekly $25 giftcards for attending, and a monthly giveaway of $100!

Some of the free activities include:
- Resume, cover letter, networking and interview workshops
- Workshops on job search and interviewing in a virtual environment
- IGNITE Real Talks Event with Tiffany Haddish, Actress and Comedian
- The Power of Self-Advocacy-Career Conversations for Equity Deserving Groups panel in partnership with Seneca College
- Clifton Strengths Workshop.

Pay Equity Workshop Series - Student Development

Presented by the Canadian Federation of University Women
Attend a Pay Equity Negotiation Workshop to learn how to articulate your personal value and develop practical strategies you can use to negotiate the salary you deserve!


Civil, Survey (Geomatics) and Construction Employer Event

December 1, 12:00 - 2:00pm
The virtual employer event for Civil, Survey (GIS, Urban Planning), and Construction Engineering students. This event will be held via Zoom and the meeting link will be shared with students who register. Each employer will have their own breakout room to act like a Career Fair booth and students will be able to travel freely between them. Alumni are welcome to come as well.
