Advising Without Silos: Collaborating for Student Success

Highlights from Advisor Training 2020 - Conference for Staff and Faculty

October 26 - November 13 | Virtually via Microsoft Teams

The 5th annual Advisor Training Day was hosted virtually for the first time! This year's theme was Advising Without Silos: Collaborating for Student Success, and we hosted over 200 Advisors, Program Coordinators, Faculty and Staff from all departments and academic faculties at Humber and Guelph-Humber to discuss, share, and learn about advising techniques, skills and issues that affect us all.

We hope you had a chance to join one of the 27 sessions hosted over three weeks in the Fall semester. Many of our sessions were recorded, so check below for slides and recordings of sessions. Content will be available until the end of April 2021.

Here is our highlights video on the Advisor Training 2020 conference!
