About Event
During the Winter 2023 semester, we held our sixth Career Month. The theme is "Amplify" to raise awareness of Career Development Services and building skills and connections in a dynamic environment. Career Month contains interactive workshops, panel discussions and events aimed to prepare you for the world of work.
Some of the activities included:
- Launch of Devant online platform to support students in their career journey
- Resume, cover letter, interview and LinkedIn Workshops
- The Career Conversations Panel for Equity Deserving Groups in partnership with Seneca College
- Career Conversations Panel for 2SLGTBQ+ Group
- Clifton Strengths and MBTI Workshops
- Be Placement Ready Event for national Work Integrated Learning Day
- Weekly Prizes and Grand Prize Draw for event attendees
